A specialized AI assistant that helps users organize their chaotic lives by generating printable action plans, charts, and actionable routines.
The Problem
People often feel overwhelmed by the complexity of managing their personal systems, habits, and schedules. While there are countless productivity apps, they require the user to already know how to organize their life. There was a lack of a proactive system that could sit down with you, listen to your mess, and generate a clear path forward.
The Solution
I developed Ultra Violet, an AI-powered conversational web app specialized in personal organization. It acts as an interactive coach—understanding the user's specific lifestyle bottlenecks and instantly generating bespoke, printable action plans and visual charts to track progress.

UX/UI: Conversational Focus
Design Decision: The interface was designed to be instantly approachable. A simple, chat-focused interface was chosen over a complex dashboard, ensuring users feel like they are having a consultation rather than filling out a tax form. I opted for a brutalist, high-contrast aesthetic to maintain brand consistency.
AI System: Contextual Generation
AI Automation Logic: Ultra Violet leverages the OpenAI API with a highly specialized prompt instructing it to act as an organizational expert. When a user describes a problem, the AI not only replies with text but can trigger specific front-end functions to generate downloadable PDFs and charts directly in the chat stream.
Development: Printable Assets
Process: A major requirement was bringing the digital organization into the physical world. I implemented a robust print stylesheet and PDF generation logic so users can stick their daily routines on their fridge—something most software completely ignores.
The Challenge
Challenge: LLMs are notorious for giving overly generic "Top 10 ways to organize" lists that users ignore.
Solution: I built a structured prompt pipeline that forces the AI to ask clarifying questions about the user's specific context (time constraints, energy levels) before it is allowed to generate a final, highly tailored action plan.
